The long form for KNLA: Karen National Liberation Army which is one of the armies for karen people and they are fighting against Burmese Military Junta for their people and land.

They have been fighting for more than 50 years they are also known as Kawthoolei which means "its their country, its their Provisional capital, and its name is the same as our country" explained by Colonel Nerdah Mya, reference taken from the book called War in Karen Country by Thomas James Bleming.

Purpose: To explore the border of Burma and Thailand.
